Hello my name is Elizabeth Bain.
I am a birth doula,childbirth educator, hypnobirthing practitioner
& placenta encapsulation specialist offering my services in Dubaiand the UAE.
You are about to embark on one of the most exciting journeys of your life - it is important that you are prepared not just psychologically, emotionally or physically but also spiritually.
As a birth doula I offer a non-judgemental, individualised support, to you, your partner and other families members who are involved in the wonderful journey you are taking.
As a doula I do not give advice, I do not believe that is my role, as parents-to-be you need to seek out and find the truth about birth. To help you explore your choices/options and prepare for your birth I do offer

- Links to important birthing/pregnancy/breastfeeding websites
- Dvds that explore pregnancy, birth & breastfeeding
- Information that explores what babies really want and need as they grow in the womb, during birth and as they develop as children.
Hopefully this new website will help you find out a little bit more about me and the services that I offer.
As a doula who has been offering doula services in Dubai for over 3 years I am still excited and feel extremely honoured to attend births, support families in the antenatal/postnatal period and be part of this wonderful growing community of women who are taking back their births .......and saying .....THIS IS MY BODY, THIS IS MY BABY, THIS IS MY BIRTH !!!
